بالرغم من صدور أكثر من قرار لإخلاء سبيله لكن مازال مسعد أبو فجر سجينا بلا أي تهمة أو سند قانوني، و مازالت ابنته الصغيرة في انتظار عودته...

مسعد أبو فجر معتقل في سجن برج العرب من يوم 24 فبراير (يعني حوالي شهرين)، غير الشهرين اللي قضاهم محبوس على زمة التحقيق من ساعة القبض عليه في 26 ديسمبر 2007.
